Surprise your guests with a Magnum bottle of Champagne. It brings a whole new dimension to the apéritif or meal you offer. Add to that the better conditions of a Champagne in larger container, you are guaranteed ‘wow’ effect.

The Millésime Champagne from Pierre Boever & Fils – a grand cru Champagne – is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir with 50% Chardonnay grapes and, just as the Millésime rules dictate, it is made only from grapes of exceptional years.
The Millésimes 2008 and 2009 were already a big success with our clients and just like them, the 2010 vintage is very well rated by Gault & Millau, Guide Hachette des vins and Decanter, thereby keeping us delighted by its high quality.
Immediately after pouring, ideally into a fine tulip-shaped glass, this champagne marvels with its straw-yellow color. Its nose, at first fresh and subtle, offers aromas of white flowers and lime. With air, it gently opens to a more complex bouquet of candied fruits and spices. The palate is long, slowly delivering its richness, with flavors of apple and brioche flavors and then going into red fruits, figs, nuts and coffee.

Critical Acclaim:

  • Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2017, 1 star
  • Gault & Millau, Guide des Champagnes 2017, scored 14/20
  • Decanter 2015, bronze medal
