This Millésime 2011 champagne is a blend of Pinot noir (60%) and Meunier (40%) grapes from 2 different plots of old vines. In addition, the passage in oak barrel, the long (at least 6 years) maturation on lees and the very low dosage (3,5 g/L) make this wine an exceptional champagne which you will like offering at great occasions.

The Scellés de Terroirs is a blend millésime (2011) of Pinot noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) grapes grown on 2 different plots of old vines. In addition, the passage in oak barrel, the long (at least 6 years) maturation on lees and the very low dosage (3,5 g/L) make this wine an exceptional champagne which you will like offering at great occasions.

The robe is golden yellow and the bubbles are delicate. The nose is elegant and opens on aromas of white flowers, pear, nuts and quince. In the mouth the attack is persuasive, fresh and fruity then evolves toward nicely prolonged  tastes of apricots, nuts and roasted bread.

This exceptional champagne is ideal for exclusive situations. It can be served for an apero rich but would also perfectly accompany a diner with pasta, poultry or meat.
